For exchange orders, we have a FREE reverse pickup facility and zero shipping charges for the exchange order.
Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your item.
Please note that the customer can request an exchange not more than once against an order.
ReturnsWe have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Free gifts are non-exchangeable & non-returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that shipping fee will be deducted from the original order amount in case of returns.

For return, we can arrange a reverse pickup for you. There is an additional charge of Rs. 200 for reverse pickup.
Once we receive the return order, we'll initiate a Credit Voucher of the same amount that can be used to purchase any other product on the website.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during event sale, for example: Independence Sale, Rakhi Sale, Diwali Sale, et. or gift cards.
We do not have a refund policy. In case of returns, we provide Store Credit equalling the amount of the order minus the shipping.
Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
